Does anyone know how to get rid of a former Boost device showing up in red on the Telus Connect app? It was removed quite come time ago. Furthermore the Boost 6E that is connected (green) is connected by ethernet cable. Why does it show a wifi icon?

Not sure what version of Telus Connect you are using but it gets updated frequently. I've had issues where it's 'confused' about my network configuration and either a force close of the app or a new version seems to address the issue. Hopefully it will be rectified soon.

I am running version 5.26.0 which is the most recent version in the iOS App Store. It is definitely buggy. I'm hoping that these types of bugs can get to the developers.
I'm still waiting for someone to tell me to "maybe reboot your router"....

It certainly can't hurt but I've had my router up and running for close to a year and any issues I've had with the app seem to be related to the app and not the router.
