Hi there,
I noticed on the My Wi-Fi app that my upload speed has drastically dropped. It used to average about 10Mbps but now it's at around 2-3 Mbps. My download speed, however, has remained the same since I first had the router installed in my apartment. I've contacted someone over the phone already and they said that the main cause of the problem is due to an "outside source", such a B.C Hydro changing electrical poles. I highly doubt it though. My router is currently the T3200 if this information will help with the situation. I hope someone here is able to help me because I heavily rely on my upload speed for work, thanks in advance.

Then I'd try reaching out to Telus again. The simplest method might be through Twitter at TELUSSupport.

Does restarting your router make a difference?

Unfortunately no. I've also left the router unplugged overnight hoping that it would be fully disconnected, but still no solution
