To whom it may concern,
Last month, I got Internet 3GB plan with Telus. Since the start of my service, I have encountered more than six interruptions, which has been quite frustrating.
Optik TV and Telus Internet Security has added to my account twice without my knowledge and of $113.
Each time, I have to call TELUS and start explaining from beginning.
As every time, it's a new representative, no one is taking the responsibility to actually solve out the issue. Wasted hours on call with them.
Help if anyone can. Internet speed is nowhere near 3GB plan. It was working better when I had 1GB plan with TELUS. Not sure if it is the new equipment that they installed that is causing the problem
