How crazy is this company. You can't even contact someone. I live rurally, HAVE THE WORST internet at $125 a month. I can't even run a smart light bulb, videos don't play well and it drops calls all the time. Starlink is 15 dollars more a month. I finally reached a Telus agent who could lower my fill by 20 a month BUT its for a 2 year contract. If I cancel, I have to a pay a penalty which equals the cost of STARLINK connection.
