It looks like we are in round two of Telus removing previously earned reward points. I got a new notification from Telus on April 22nd indicating the following:

What the heck Telus! By the way when I try to reply it indicates the link to reply fails. So.. how do I discuss this AGAIN with Telus. Once again if you knew the points were going to be removed TELUS CUSTOMERS would have tried to use them... if the catalogue was available - which it wasn't... what a complete cluster F#$~.

 

I went to the view my rewards and it will not show anything - so no idea if I have my original points or ANY POINTS. 

 

TELUS you really need to do better than this.

Not entirely sure what you mean by a 'second round'. This reply you've quoted from us was to someone else entirely, who asked where their points went. As for advising customers of the expiry before it occurred, we did. Notices were in the notes of bills for those impacted starting in December. As for why the Rewards program isn't showing anything, it's because it is down temporarily while enhancements are being made. It will relaunch shortly (towards the end of the month or early May).

I would like to know what bill of my account states that the rewards points are expiring?  I looked through the past few and do not see it on there?

log into to my account, "go to your rewards account" and this is all I see, dio not see my 2024 reward balance.

THEN, read the terms and conditions and find

Program Enrolment
10. Enrolment in the Program means your Rewards Account will automatically be created. However, to start earning points you need to activate your Rewards Account by logging into the
TELUS Rewards portal
with your existing My TELUS login credentials and accept the program terms and conditions.

 

But that just takes me back to the page that lead me to the terms and conditions

Perhaps what is unsaid is come back after May 1st and accept the new terms.

Still not working, finally got hold of customer retention and they stated Telus Rewards has been down for weeks and they had no idea when it was coming back.  I am trying to redeem for an Easy Roam Pass but like you only get terms and conditions and no way of accepting them.

Good to know. Was really hoping to use for the roaming pass but maybe when we are back we can work it out as it still isn't working this morning. Thanks for the update.
