8 months agoNot entirely sure what you mean by a 'second round'. This reply you've quoted from us was to someone else entirely, who asked where their points went. As for advising customers of the expiry before it occurred, we did. Notices were in the notes of bills for those impacted starting in December. As for why the Rewards program isn't showing anything, it's because it is down temporarily while enhancements are being made. It will relaunch shortly (towards the end of the month or early May).

Hello! On January 30, all Rewards points that were accumulated before the end of 2023 were expired. All other points earned from 2024 onwards remain. Please feel free to send us a private message if there's anything about this that you'd like to discuss!
