TELUS Connect app not showing booster or proper connection information

I've been with TELUS for almost 2 years, and I have the NAH + Boost 2.0 + Airties AP (Wifi plus). On the TELUS connect app I do not see the Airties AP, and every device connected to my network shows up as connected via Ethernet, even when it's on Wifi. 

 

Does anyone else have this issue? I've reported it in the past but nothing has come of it. I've considered moving to an Eero 6+ system but I don't want to spend the money.
