Annoyed of receiving invoices for service account that does not exist.
Hi, I am annoyed of receiving invoices by canada post for service account that does not exist. I called customer service and they cannot find account. I am annoyed now. It’s related to Home security- Alarm. Please can Telus manager look into it and stop sending me invoices. I am pissed off now.

I reached out to general credit collection agency and they don’t have my account. Better to put my account in bad debt. This is really stupid company. The previous company adt was my vendor and I was never Telus customer.

I called customer service of Telus and they don’t know where my account exists and with which agency. I am definitely looking to dispute late charges imposed by collection agency. Disappointed!

Hi the collection agency name provided does not my account. Please let me know correct collection agency name. The hassles like this makes it difficult for customer to deal with Telus. Disappointed!

I am receiving invoices with late fees getting appended each month. I can send copy of invoice received. Please check customer service call recording where they confirmed no account exist.
