PureFibre availability in Ajax

I’ve been told by multiple reps in store and on the phone that I can get PureFibre in Ajax but the website says no. We currently have Bell Fibe and it’s FTTH, so who’s right, who’s wrong, and what’s going on? Does Bell have exclusivity rights on our streets the way they have done in condo buildings?

      Just checked that site and got the following response:

      • TELUS PureFibre Services (unavailable)

      Fibre is not currently available at this address.

      The issue I have is that I’m using Bell fibre to the home as we speak (I can see the fibre connection on my wall), and I’ve been told Telus is reselling Bell, so I can’t work out why it says it’s not available.
