Telus connect app login failure
I was not able to login to telus connect app for the last two days ("we are unable to login in at this time, please try again later.") and couldn't control the connection for my kids. They are very upset.
I have tried everhthing on the web,
delete cache/remove/reintall app
restart/ factory reset the modem/NAH
Does anyone know other ways to fix this issue? Or is this something to do with telus own server issue?

Hello song19 olivejoy Newbie71 Ronruan888 we did have an issue with the Connect app yesterday, but have since been advised that it should be resolved. Is anyone still unable to log in?

I’m having the same issue. Super annoying. And I can’t find any notice from Telus that it’s not working and why.

Same here. Tried everything, but no luck. Great idea! But this happens way too often. My kid had to miss an online tutoring class today. It's not worth using the app. I am deleting the app. Definitely switching to another internet provider

Same to my kid's online class. My temporary way was to connect to admin IP of booster/router, then created a guest wifi, switch wifi setting of kid's device; toggle off private wifi address. I could able to connect the device which was paused to guest wifi. This doesn't solve to login to connect app but temporary enables paused device connection. Totally annoying and wasted my time to figure out.
