Speed test

I ran the speed test as our home wifi is slow and our devices keep losing the connection.  The speed came up as 12.5 mbps and then the screen asks if I am happy with the results.  What is a satisfactory speed?  The screen doesnt tell you if this is in the acceptable range or not.  If I was happy I would not be running a speed test.

Speed tests should always be ran on a hard wired connection. If speeds are satisfactory to the plan you have then check your wifi speed.

Keep in mind there are many environmental variables that can cause slow speeds. Congestion, interference to name a few.

Here is a good article that explains it in more detail here.
