So I upgraded from the 1gb connection to 1.5gb,it was fine for a day and now my internet speed is slower than it originally was!
I spent almost 3 hours on call to telus support last night and got nowhere,technician came out today and replaced the modem at the wall,no change,he spent all day working on the issue and it still isnt resolved,he left and said that's all I can get despite having 940 down and up for over a year on the 1gb connection,and that telus might charge me for him coming out wtf?
I tried a cat 8 instead of my 5e cable modem to pc just incase,no change.
What are my options?
Call telus and say I want back on 1gb and see if it gets my 940 back?
Switch to Shaw?
