Slow internet

I have Telus pure fiber 300 but consistently get download speeds of 80 over the last few months. No way to contact telus over the phone. Useless customer support. I'm wired in to the internet. I need to talk to a real person but can find a way to do that. Useless company.

Have you tried rebooting your equipment to see if that helps?


The best way to contact Telus is to go into your myTelus account and start a chat at the bottom right hand corner. Put in team member a few times and it will ask if you want a call back. Put in your call back number and they usually call within a few minutes. If you call by their phone number the chat bot will have you going in circles forever.

** When someone calls you back ask for a supervisor. Person(s) that comes on the phone are mostly useless and reads off a script.
