Had someone call from 1-778-562-5057 offering a seniors discount for my Telus landline, internet and mobile phones. With all the BS going on I am wondering if this is legit. I was sent a email bearing the Telus webpage with links to the details of the new rates. I have not clicked on or opened these an I'm wary to do so. Anyone else hear of this yet. I was told there were 40-50k people selected for this promotion.

That one would be 100% a scam. It's a phone number belonging to Iristel. They've had multiple different numbers they rent out to scam call centres to scam people.
