Outtage

Right on the front page of the forums here, there is a large link for the outages:

One thing to be aware of is that if you are having issues with your service 99+% of the time it is not an outage. It's best to contact technical support if you're having issues as they can be fixed sooner than waiting to see if anyone else in a tiny area has similar troubles.
