Frustrated with Telus Connect and lack of Support

So Telus Connect login capabilities seemed to be down for at least 24 hours this weekend. It being a long weekend, it was very frustrating not to be able to log in to push back our bedtime outrage. And more frustrating that there was no way to get around this and no support to talk to. Apparently even Internet outrage support ends at 9 PM?  The AI support chat and phone is even more annoying than it was 10 years ago, and most attempts at self support just go in circles. 

The only useful thing I found were 2 posts here which went unanswered until this morning but confirmed this wasn’t a problem on my end. I saw one answer today indicating you could log in now (posted about an hour after I’d found the same myself). I registered to post or comment in this forum specifically to comment on the lack of any apology for the frustration, and now I can’t bring either of those articles up. I can see them listed, but when I choose them they don’t load.

    Definitely sorry for the issue with the app you experienced. So you can confirm you are able to now access the app?

      Oh yes. I had to remove about half if my comment. I logged in successfully about an hour before support posted here that the issue was resolved. I assume someone got back from their weekend off and rebooted the server. I guess we’re lucky today isn’t a federal holiday.
