Norton 360 not working after transferring the subscription

Just Moved In

I canceled my Norton 360 on my laptop as I was trying to transfer to my iPad.  Now, neither one works.  I cannot even reinstall it on my mac as I get the following:


Norton 360 with lifelock basic plus is not active because your subscription has been transferred


If I try to activate, I get an invalid pin erroe.  I have contacted Telus and Norton and tried all kinds of voodoo stuff (install, uninstall, turn on and off, delete, remove device, ...).  Still does not work.  I get the following error on my mac:

You will likely need to contact Norton to get this sorted out. I don't think Telus will be able to help.
