I just moved, I registered everything with Telus. They said that it was plugged in play now going on six days talking to five different tech-support people wasting multiple hours of time trying to get this red light issue resolved on my modem. I have rebooted the modem several times and still no resolution. Does anyone have any idea how to get this resolved? It is a T3200.

A red light indicates a gateway failure; firmware was not able to be downloaded or the unit wasn't able to boot. If rebooting didn't do the trick, you may need to have it replaced or have someone take a look at it in person.
