Telus is a horrible company when it comes to customer service.  On November 13, I requested that my services be moved.  This call took over 2 hours, I did not receive an email confirmation.  Today, I am on the phone again, for well over one hour so far.  I discovered that that the order from November 13 was messed up.  And they keep trying to add a home security installation WHICH I DO NOT WANT !!!!

This company only cares about maximum profits.  Just look at their over-the--top downtown spiral-shaped building combined with their total lack of service.  Their customer service agents work in foreign countries - another indicator of only wanting fat profits. 

I would sure love to talk to a Calgary manager in person.  But isn't likely.
