My home landline is finally working after 3 months of messaging Telus and finally getting a technician out. But now with call control or even without, there is no longer any call display on my Telus home phone lite. Calls just show as "private caller". It indicates on the Telus app that I should be able to select the call display feature myself and just add it. But I can't and the trouble shooting article which is supposed to help me isn't on the app either. The prompt on the app to "manage your home phone service" just sends me back to the login page in an endless loop. The AI is just a runaround.

I can't get past the automated voice when I phone telus and I have the same problem my Call Display isn't working at my new home that where phone service was installed on Nov 5th.I had Call Display included on my Landline Home Phone as one of my features that I use often.I tried all the suggested methods of fixing it with no luck.Also the telus guy didn't leave new remote controls and the old ones don't work as well

For the Call Display issue, it might require a settings update on our end since it's a new installation. You could also try unplugging your phone from the wall jack for about 30 seconds and plugging it back in, as this can sometimes refresh the connection.

I have disconnected the jack from the wall so I need to get my Call Display back.The phone numbers I blocked are also getting through at this new address.How do I private message you with my account information
