Official Support TeamFor the Call Display issue, it might require a settings update on our end since it's a new installation. You could also try unplugging your phone from the wall jack for about 30 seconds and plugging it back in, as this can sometimes refresh the connection.
Regarding the remote controls, if they weren’t left with the installation, please reach out to us via a private message with your account details.
