Connecting a new land line.
My uncle has moved to a senior's lodge and would like a land line phone connected in his room. I cannot seem to get anyone in customer support to understand connecting a new line which is NOT mobility. I need a service technician to physically go to his address to connect a line in their switchboard. HOW can I achieve this???
