I’ve had problems with my internet connections ton for months. I had to escalate to get my equipment exchanged. They put in an order for updated equipment 2 MONTHS AGO. THE TECHNICIAN WOLL KOT COME TO MY HOUSE TO DO THE WORK. First appointment. He said he had a personal
isaues couldnt make it. Then I tracked him down and made arrangements for a new date. He did not show up again. Tracked him down again he made another appointment and did NOT SHOW UP! Now my internet is crappimh out again every minute or so. THIS IS IMPACTING MY BUSINESS NEGATIVELY AS I DO CONFERENCE CALLS AND I DROP AT LEAST 4 times per hour!!! I don’t know what to do, it’s like Telus just does not care about any customers. I told them if it’s not fixed, I will cancel my contract. They said I have to pay a penalty. PLEASE FIX THIS FOR ME. I AM BEGGING
