Have called tech support numerous times over the last 6 months....internet disconnects.
Wired Connection
Internet disconnects for 10-30 seconds (every 2 minutes, sometimes might get 1/2 hr of connected time, then disconnected)
Techs support says everything OK from their end, must be computer. got new computer....same problem
Call tech and they say must be cable, new cable....same problem
Lose internet connection with wireless too, that eliminates the cable being the problem.
Moved to new house and problem continued (all new wiring)
I suggested it might be the router (computer OK, cables OK...that's the next thing in the chain)
New router...same problem.
Besides switching to another ISP, solutions?
Will call Telus again tomorrow (now can't access email). Worked fine last night.

The only thing in common after you moved would be your own equipment. What devices do you have on your network? Do you have your own router on top of the TELUS one?
