Internet and Optik Tv

Just Moved In
Only thing that works is the landline, Internet and Optik Tv has been down for about 3 days now. Anyone know whats going on? And if telus is actually doing something about it ?, Every time I call them I have wait on the line for over an hour and when I get my turn they just tell me to reset the modem a few times and when that doesn’t work they say they cant do anything about it that the technicians are working on the problem.

If you aren't listed there you can try restarting your Optik devices:

Otherwise you will need to talk to Telus to get your issues resolved.
