Internet Speed

Hi!  I am wondering what options there are to have a more stable internet connection?  I know unlimited internet is nice to have, but if you don't have a stable internet speed to handle video calls, that is of no practical use.  I know that as more people are home and using internet, the speeds diminish, but is there a solution to get the speed we're supposed to be getting, or closer to it?

What internet service do you have? I'm still seeing the same speeds (Speedtest) as always, even though many of the sites I visit seem slower to respond.
