I checked our network page over at www.telus.com/status as well as with our team and there are no widespread issues in that area. If rebooting your equipment hasn't restored your connection, your next best bet would be to check out www.telus.com/support to see if you can find any troubleshooting tips there!

East Abbotsford outage…reboot the system a number of times and only get red light.

You've replied to a three month old post. There are no currently posted outages in Abbotsford. A red light also doesn't mean there is an area outage, just that at the very least, your connection is down for some reason. Could be that there was damage to a line or piece of equipment. Could be an issue with your gateway also. You'll want to contact tech support directly (by phone or online chat) regarding the loss of connection that you are experiencing. The forums is by far the slowest way to get an issue like this addressed or resolved.
