Moving my Router Connected to DSL Outlet

I wanted to move my router to my room so I could connect my desktop directly to it with a cable, but as far as I can tell, only one wall jack is active at a time for DSL. Is there a simple way to swap it myself, or should I contact a professional? I live in a condo and I don't think there's built in ethernet connection.

If it's actual DSL that you have, and not fibre, then usually only one jack is wired to be used for DSL. None of the others will work typically. You can try move the Telus router to confirm. If you don't have a landline, there's a very small chance it may work on another jack.
