Internet Data Overage

Hey, so since the data caps are lifted, does that mean all the overage charges I would receive would be waived? This seems like an obvious answer, but since the charges are every 50 gbs, 5$ for the first charge and 10$ for every other charge, does that mean all of those charges would be waived? I was wondering if it is only first charge, or all the charges? Sorry if the answer seem obvious, just wanted to make it clear.

I assume all charges would be waived for customers who are on plans which have the option to purchase the unlimited data option, but have not purchased it. See this link for publicly shared information.
