Hello on the day my billing cycle reset, it was reset to 37.5 gb and not 0 and while I used a few hours of streaming and gaming a day, my data amount left now stands at an shocking 21% usage in 3 days. This is extremely anomalous,

It'll be tough to explain without the insight of a customer service rep. It could be a glitch or there could be other legitimate reasons that explain it (such as a mid-billing cycle change which pro-rates everything). Have you spoken to a customer service agent to review your account yet?
