Cut fibre optic cable in the back alley

Botero
Neighbour

Our back alley is being paved this week and today, when the contractor came with its excavator, they ripped of the fibre optic cable that feeds internet to my house. What should I do? Who should I contact to get it fixed? I have no internet at home right now. Please help!

You contact Telus tech support directly and tell them exactly what happened. They'll likely need to get someone out to re-run the cable. I'd recommend calling them now just in case the excavator did damage to your neighbors too.
