Changing private subnet, how to connect back to admin?

Jo4242

I find myself in a position where I'll be remotely connecting to a person's computer and accessing the Telus router to change the DHCP subnet from 192.168.0.x to 10.0.0.x.

Is there something in the settings where I can specify the Admin login IP on the new subnet?  Once changed, I'm assuming I won't be able to access via 192.168.0.1 anymore.

Your assumption is absolutely correct, once you move the subnet the only method of reconnecting to the admin GUI interface is a modem/router factory reset. That interface is hardcoded at 192.168.1.254.
