So I have activated call screen to prevent fake spoofed scam calls. It has worked amazing until one passed through and woke everyone up today. It does not even show up in the call screen log online. All the other previous scam calls did not. Is there a technical problem with telus? Does some software need to be patched?

There's nothing that should need to be patched. Was this fraudulent call you received automated or with an actual person on the line?
