Pik TV - no longer a self-serve product
I used to be able to add or remove channels or content for my Pik TV on the Telus website but recently an 'equipment' page was added to the process and in order to complete the request, you have to order unnecessary equipment. Now I have to call Telus every time I want to make a change to this service and it is no longer self-serve. How can this page be removed to make this process self-serve again?
