Call Control accepted list will not display web page or app

I have been using call control for quite some time I am wondering if like other Phone service has Telus given up supporting them? I can activated call control but when I click on my accepted list or blocked list I can no longer add a number. I have call control on but I got scam call that obviously went through - it was computer generated and not human so this leads me to believe this is another service that Telus does not really care about

Community Power UserPossibly you have hit the limit of 25 numbers per list (accepted, blocked). I've encountered this and had to trim the list to accomodate new numbers. To make this more manageable you may wish to edit the custom name to include a date when it was added to the list so you can purge older items. The lists are sorted by this name.
