Special Offer Availability

I am a landlord with two separate properties in Edmonton. The properties are less than 10 km apart from each other. I supply 1 Gig fibre internet for each properties. Today I accepted an offer of 3Gig Internet for one of the properties at a 2-year price of $100/month. I went to the other property's account to get this same offer - and it's not available. Can someone please explain how two properties in the same geographically area of the same city are not able to get the same offer? The customer support person said that all Black Friday deals have been cancelled - if that's true why was it available for one property and not the other? Nothing in the ad for the offer said anything about Black Friday.

Have a Sweet day,

Laurie May

Were you advised as to the reason when you spoke with our team? Was it a case of availability in the second specific property itself? Due to wiring, age of a building, etc. there are sometimes certain services that are unfortunately not yet available.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I called in and I was told that the 3 gig was a special Black Friday promo that was no longer available. However, when I checked online, it was still available at my other property in a nearby neighborhood the same city - hence my asking here.

Thanks. Internet offers can vary by address due to network availability, building infrastructure, and account-level eligibility, even when properties are geographically close. In addition, some promotions are targeted or time-limited, which can result in an offer being available on one account but not another.
