Call Control Installed But Call Display No Longer Working

I recently had call control installed on my Telus home landline. Previous to this we had call display as featuring on the landline. Now that call control has been installed on the account, call display is no longer working. Does call display no longer work when you have call control? Can you not have both call control and call display?
How can this be corrected?

I have call control and call display on my land line so it's certainly possible.
You will need to work with Telus to get this resolved.

I'm having a h*ll of a time trying to get an actual person to help me. Currently waiting for a call back. Telus' new services are extremely frustrating.

There does seem to be some link between call control and call display, as some entries I see in my call display are the names that I gave those numbers in the call control accepted list - which I can no longer see (there is another thread about that problem)

Call Control is a feature of call display. If one is working, both should be.

Why would call control be a feature of call display? Call control should block a call before it gets to the call display phase (between 1st and 2nd ring). The whole idea is to stop the call before it gets to your phone so you never even know it is coming in.
