We have slow and intermittent internet also Telus promised no overage charges during COVID but they charged me

The covid no overages ended in June 30th of last year. It wasn't an onoing thing.

 

If your internet is slow, you can either call tech support or try https://www.telus.com/en/bc/self-care/flow/slow-internet
