I am trying to use the Telus Connect app for the first time and have inputted the Admin password on my modem like it asked me to but it keeps saying it is incorrect. Is it possible I could have changed this previously and not remembered? I also inputted every password I could think I might have had it changed to if that was a possibility and still nothing. Any help?

Is it possible you have more than one Telus box and you are putting in the password for the wrong box?
If not you will likely need to work with Telus to get this sorted out.
