10 months agoHi there, Currently, there is a known issue. You can manage the three most recent calls using the Call Control IVR system. This allows you to review and update recent contacts directly. If you need to update additional contact numbers that are not listed in the Call Control IVR system, our support team can assist. Please contact us for assistance.
