A Telus person installed a temporary internet service at my renting place for less than 2 months. Then I requested a moving service and for internet they created a new account under my name which I have been using since 2 years approx. Now I got to know that I have a debt of $1200 which was sent to collections for my previous account! Somehow That account includes mobility, internet and cable services! Which I never used or asked for! When I opened the new account in 2023 I called the customer services to ask if they will be cancelling the previous account and so opening a new one, they said yes. Now what is it !!! @Anonymous why this fraud !
