Account and billing sever issues

I have run out of ways to get a hold of someone that will be directly accountable to resolving my issues. I have an “outstanding bill” that was supposed to be fully waved, I have been on hold for countless hours now waiting to get a hold of the appropriate parties, denied the opportunity to speak with a manager, and I do no know how to resolve this outstanding balance. Is there a better way to contact Telus? I do not have the time in a day to be on hold for upwards of 90 minutes time and time again.
