I arranged for my move to be installed June 30th and there has now 4 failed install attempts and drops, and I've been bounced through multiple customer service people who have all breadcrumbed me with lies saying my internet would be installed and available within a few days. After each failed attempt I was given a new customer service person who gave new lies so there is no follow up with any 1 person. One customer service person signed me up for Telus TV that I don't want just to make me "happy?" even though I repeatedly said I do not want that service. I have escalated to management who have now also lied on when it would be installed and are not following up with me anymore.
I feel like an idiot for even still wanting Telus internet at this point. This is so grossly incompetent I feel like I'm in some bureaucratic nightmare.
How do I escalate this above the basic management team? I'm so exhausted from countless hours on the phone and being lied to. Every day I lose money from not being able to do my at-home work that requires a good internet connection.

As a further FYI, I did reach out to this escalation manager today that I was suggested to contact and he pushed the install date another entire week to "sometime next week." It's beyond a joke
