Hello. My name is Terry. I was just contacted by an ADT sales agent. If my understanding is correct, Telus now oversees ADT. I just wanted to let you know of how rude and beligerant the sales agent was. I was offended and mocked by him. Though I am not a Telus customer, I know you as a company are better than this.
