Open up wifi calling for all compatible devices

Please do as your competitors do and enable wifi calling for all devices that support it rather than only for devices on the Telus provisioning list. It's frustrating that other providers allow this, yet Telus only supports a small list of brands.

Sony phones, for example, are not currently permitted.

OnePlus phones are fully compatible for VoLTE and WiFi calling but they are blocked for IMS registration.

TELUS provides several features that depend on IMS that we can't use like STIR/SHAKEN and Outbound Calling Name Display.
