Does any1 have contact number or link to a Telus Loyalty Manager or supervisor??
Im working Overseas in Thailand on reverse business hours..
Talk to a Phillipine supervisor & he left me a number that now not works..
Promised a solution more than 1 month ago & still waiting

I am also unable to contact Telus during these business hours. I have spent several days offering suggestions which just get shut down. Telus offers no help and practices no problem solving skills of their own. I would not expect any resolution from them unfortunately. I will be taking half a day off work and losing income to call them. I will be cancelling all my services at this point as I cannot rely on being able to contact them.
