It seems to be a common problem among all my devices. The wifi will cut out and then reconnect and cut out again. It seems like it could be an modem problem? Since when it connects me to the wifi booster it works at very slow speeds for a short while and then disconnects as well? I will contact Telus tomorrow morning it seems, hopefully it resolves. I had a similar issue with it Wednesday morning but it started working again throughout the day.

5 years agoThe only other thing I could think of if multiple devices are affected is Smart Steering (if you have a T3200M gateway). If Smart Steering is enabled the gateway will switch between the 2.4 and 5GHz wireless bands if it detects a weak signal with one. That could momentarily disconnect your devices and they'd basically jump to the next available network.
