Call Forwarding Variable
Hi, I am trying to activate call forward variable. I dial the *72 then get the desired number to forward to. After entering the number it gives busy tone. Doesn't matter what number I try to forw...

Official Support TeamThe procedure for this is to dial #72, get three beeps, then enter the number you want to forward to. The next step however (and this is the most important step) is that the number forwarded to should ring, and you'd need to answer that line to verify and establish the connection. Have you ensured that last step when attempting to set it up?
can't answer the phone if every number you dial is a busy tone
