How do I contact someone regarding a Telus utility box on my property? The box is behind my fence with a gate that is padlocked. Telus has locked us out of our property. I spent an hour on the phone trying to locate the correct department and nobody seems to have any idea what they are doing. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes, they hung up on me. Terrible service. I just want Telus to come fix the lock so that I don't have to cut it off. Seems pretty simple.
