Customer Service to update account services

The call center has been such a pain to work with. We have called so many times and just keep getting redirect to another department because the call center can't make changes to my account. I don't understand why there isn't someone that can help with me my account why is there so many departments for certain products of my business account.

 

Then finally I get someone that said they can help and I get put on hold for another 30 mins by her before they hang up the call. I am trying to cancel a service and it seems like everyone is avoiding to help me.

 

Anyone else finding this issue with the business accounts?

Are you accessing the Business side? Initiate a live chat and speak with an agent. The process always went quick for a resolution.
